Guides - Edit DNS Records

Linode’s DNS Manager is a comprehensive interface within the Linode Cloud Manager that gives you complete oversight of DNS records.

Create a Linode account to try this guide with a $100 credit.
This credit will be applied to any valid services used during your first 60 days.

To modify a Domain’s existing DNS records:

  1. From the Domains section of the Cloud Manager, select the domain whose DNS records you’d like to edit. The DNS records for the selected domain zone will appear.

  2. Next to the DNS record you would like to edit, click on the more options ellipsis.

  3. Select Edit from the menu.

  4. Edit the DNS record by modifying the existing values in the fields that appear.

  5. Click Save.
